Pros

There are various opportunities to work in various departments. Good people to work with on most projects. Several locations to work.

Cons

Companies' goals and objective are not communicated to all departments. They are top heavy on the upper management side (VP's). There are alot of fiefdoms among the department thus information does not pass between department effectively.

Pros

Nice and convenient locations for both downtown and Alpharetta offices. Gym is at the downtown office. Benefits are okay.

Cons

Huge staff turnover. Overall lack of company culture at all levels. Poor management. Enormous bureaucracy. Basic internal company processes are non-existent. Most tasks between departments are being completed on personal relationship level - and non-stop staff turnover makes it even more complicated.

The ever increasing amount of bureaucracy adds extra hurdles to otherwise simple and straightforward tasks.
