Thanks for sharing your experience — it’s great to hear you value the culture, flexibility, and sense of belonging at InCommodities. We know diversity is still a work in progress, and we’ll keep pushing to make sure every voice matters equally, no matter how long you’ve been here.
Surrounded by great and helpful minds who are masters of their crafts, you quickly feel inspired.
As a student worker, you get a lot of freedom while also being given appropriate responsibility for your tasks. They make it clear that school comes first and allow you to prioritise during busy exam periods.
I’ve learned more here in half a year than I did in two years of school.
The company makes a great effort to include even students in collegial events, and team leaders are good at having regular discussions about potential full-time employment after graduation.
Cons
A very fast-paced environment (which can be a pro if you enjoy that).
Student salary not competitive compared to other sectors.
