      Many talented individuals are employed here, and the exchange business is lucrative. Glance presents an intriguing opportunity with the potential to be disruptive in the market.

      Cons

      Not recommended. The work environment is excessively political, with everyone focused on self-promotion and often resorting to undermining others rather than focusing on tasks. Leadership appears more involved in short-term, tactical activities rather than prioritizing long-term strategies. Truthfulness, particularly among senior management, is questionable. Gender diversity, especially in leadership roles and within product or engineering teams, is severely lacking. The atmosphere can feel isolating and lonely.

      * Global * Mobile space with large data set and data rights * Consumer platform complements ad platform * Large outside investments ensuring cash reserves * Engineering driven with multiple technologies deployed at scale so good for keeping technology skills up to date

      Cons

      * Shiny object strategy, always several iterations behind the competition and market trends due to being revenue reactive * Talent wasting factory, expect nepotism, not meritocracy & small group of individuals at the top making all the decisions in a vacuum * No leadership, delegation or trust in troops, execs jump into war rooms with engineers and completely bypass management after ignoring management’s input and creating issues by not listening to business unit leaders or data in the 1st place * Toxic culture, you get promoted for getting stuff done, even if it means blowing-up chain of command, ignoring established process & protocols necessary for a global org and being super political * Questionable business practices
