      Pros

      Mobile is a great sector of digital media. Exciting times. All of the "worker bees" are awesome.

      Cons

      The Leadership SUCKS. There are no visionary leaders, no inspiration, encouragement, career pathing, etc. North American office has a huge problem.

      Good pay - only reason people have stayed so long Average benefits

      Cons

      Where do I start? Horrible leadership. No vision. They treat you like slaves. They don't care about you as a person unless you are a resource to them. They fire and hire like it's nothing. Long term planning is 3 months. Maybe the worst employer I have ever worked for. Horrible raises. You might be paid well but at what cost to your sanity?
