Pros

For someone starting off their career or for someone just entering the online advertising, InMobi would be the perfect company. The amount of initial varied exposure is very high.

Cons

The company has a pure immediate sales driven attitude. Hence a long term vision is lacking. Experimentation remains in the hands of a limited few. Hence an employee's ability to experiment and learn plateaus very soon. The entire environment feels too stiff and rule oriented
