Pros

I've worked here for four years and the amount that I've grown professionally and personally is outstanding! I can't imagine not working for InPwr because of the daily support system I have. The people who work here want to see you succeed because it means the company will succeed. The management here also want to make sure people are taken care of at an individual level, with benefits, time off, company outings, and of course, pay.

Cons

Having a little more work from home flexibility would be great! Other than that, it's a wonderful place to work!
