Hands down the friendliest company and team i've worked with. Onboarding was clear and concise and manageable. You get to work with people across the organization from day one, it's a breath of fresh air!

Cons

Struggling to find any at this point, and I tend to be pretty critical.

I've only been here for a week, but have joined multiple meetings (team-specific, inter-departmental, org-wide) and I can tell that everyone is very excited about the job they are doing and the current direction the company is heading. You can definitely feel the strong culture of belonging and feeling like you are working to make a change in people's lives.

Cons

The company is just starting to expand their presence in Costa Rica so some of the benefits and perks don't apply to us in here yet.
