Pros

Commitment to mission and vision overall at the company. Great benefits and pay. Very smart, fun people to work with. Cool office in downtown LA for those based in Los Angeles, with flexible hybrid schedule and work hours. Great for parents. Best in class free bachelor/grad degrees through InStride's StepForward program.

Cons

Company is still working to streamline meetings. Could have more free lunches!

Pros

The people are nice. There are a lot of great laughs. The company really tries to create a blended and fun culture. Benefits are great. Pay is reasonable/ fair.

Cons

There are a ton of meetings to discuss the same issues. There are a lot of duplicative roles or job responsibilities. The company believes it’s being transparent but being transparent means being crystal clear about what is happening - this isn’t the case. Position advancement seems to be based more on who likes you and not on who really deserves the promotion.
