Pros

Great company to work for with people who are passionate and truly care about their work and helping the company grow.

Cons

It is a start up so there are definitely some issues to work out as the company continues to grow.

Pros

Since joining one this is clear - this is a company that really practices what they preach. Everyone has a passion to try and make the world a better place through education. Management is highly supportive of your career aspirations even if it's something different than what you got hired in as. It's also a very collaborative environment so you never feel alone or without help to your questions. Overall great place to work thus far!

Thank you for your review. We’re thrilled to hear that you feel supported by InStride’s managers and that you’ve experienced a collaborative culture here. Our mission is to change lives through access to education, so we work hard to create a culture of learning within our organization, because education doesn’t just happen in classrooms. We encourage all InStriders to learn as much as they can, whether that’s through taking on new challenges or enrolling in courses through our Step Forward program. From day 1, InStriders can enroll in classes from any of our academic providers, with no restrictions as to the subject matter. Education really does change lives, and we want our InStriders to have access to all the education opportunities possible.

Most hardworking, collaborative group I've ever worked with

Pros

InStride has some of the hardest working, most genuine, passionate and collaborative people I've ever worked with. I am consistently impressed by most of our team members. I really appreciate our culture of feedback and all of the ways management is listens to employees to add new benefits, perks, policies and even headcount. I feel challenged in all the right ways and am continually inspired by our mission and the learners we serve.

Cons

None from my perspective but for someone considering joining the team it's important to know that as a startup, we move very quickly and are often trying to get things out the door while sometimes still nailing down a proper process.

Thank you for your review. We are just as impressed by the caliber of our people as you are! That’s why InStride, as a company, works to create and maintain a culture that supports and celebrates our greatest resource, our employees. It’s important to our leaders that we keep sight of that as we grow, and it’s something that every InStrider contributes to.
