      nothing good at this organisation If you are female please don't join managers and tl make one person target and treat them badley No value for good working employees Giving promotions to undeserving candidates If you are female no hr policies to protect them Higher position managers and tl are involved with male employees and herass the female candidates and make fun of them No sense of talking with female candidates

      HR Policies are good and employee oriented, Senior management help to enhance skills of employee. Besides salary the other perks will be rewarded by the management.

      Learning experience You will be hired, they will put you on the bench, they will relocate you, you will not get any support from manager, you will realise you are being treated as burden

      Cons

      You may find the work lacks any kind of social relevance Worst management which i ever seen in my career and they believe in decade old process instead of migrating as per modern technology. Work culture is full of politics and no weightage for smart n hard worker
