      Stingy company when it comes to pay

      Pros

      -Learning benefits - looked like had a lot of learning opportunities -Was blessed with a good reporting manager (only my reporting manager)

      Cons

      HR - No proper protocol for exit. - I had to follow-up for all releasing works - when hired we were shown stars and during my exit I was shown boot. Finance - Even after mutual agreement from manager for my early releasing date still they docked notice period pay.

      Pros

      Incedo has a very open culture and transparent policies which are employee centric. Fast learning curve with strong leadership and team member support Lots of great initiatives in these adverse time, highly focused on employee well being and health. Good projects implementing emerging technologies and digital transformation.

      Yet to see any cons apart from a few small things which are part of every organization
