      Pros

      - it's new setup in pune and higher management is very actively involved in making it an amazing work place hence you would see lot of leadership visit (this pre-pandemic era) and lot of changes being accommodated based on employee feedback - Flexible work hours - lot of team-building/site level activities - open work culture - good benefits and support for WFH

      Cons

      - for certain client/projects technology stack is not upgraded - 90 days notice period

      Poor Culture. No work life balance. Impolite leaders. You will get harassed everyday in front of everyone on whatsApp groups & emails & in meetings & in a way that you will be bound to work for 12 hours a day and over the weekends as well.
