      Cons

      I joined as a new grad data engineer. The orientation was trash. Employees are useless. HR is a joke, especially the lead HR rep and her 4 assistants (theyre like servants). I was put onto an internal project. We were made to work like dogs without overtime pay. Hated every moment. No benefits, they offered UNITED HEALTH CARE insurance, like the worst of the lot.

      Okay-ish work environment, nothing to write home about.

      Cons

      Recruiting process is awful. Went through 3 rounds just to be ghosted completely, not even a follow up email that the candidate is not selected out of courtesy.

      Pros

      They will lure you with high salary. But it is the only benefit you can get from the company. Don’t get fooled by all positive reviews.

      Cons

      -no onboarding -bad management -no chance to growth -they don’t care about your career -lack of transparent communication internally and externally -bad quality of projects nothing to learn I saw many employees left during the last year. The company doesn’t care and keep hiring new people and watches them leave. Very bad culture
