Pros

In simple words no pros. Would have been happier if there could have been a negative rating in stars.

Cons

1) “This Review Might Disappear – Take a Screenshot and Run!” I doubt this review will stay up for long because the company is known to delete anything that doesn’t shine with fake 5 stars. So do yourself a favor: screenshot this now and share it. People deserve to know what they’re walking into - a toxic trap masked as an “organization.” 2) “HR Think they are Dictators – A Masterclass in Arrogance” The HR here walks around like they own the place. God complex at its finest. Combine that with an upper management team that seems allergic to logic and empathy, and you've got yourself the worst leadership I’ve ever encountered. And yes—they literally force employees to give fake 5-star reviews to save their public image. 3) “Feels Like a Prison Run by a School Principal” This place doesn’t have a work culture—it has a school bell system. Mandatory attendance like you’re in high school, dancing to management’s tune, and punished for the smallest things. Autonomy? Forget it. Innovation? Not allowed. Respect? Non-existent. 4) “Career Suicide – Enter at Your Own Risk” You want to grow? Learn? Build something meaningful? Then stay the hell away. You’ll learn nothing, lose what you already know, and waste precious years of your career in an environment that actively resists progress. 5) “Worse Than Minimum Wage – Uber Drivers Earn More” Salary is a joke. Forget perks, forget raises. You’ll be better off driving an Uber or taking a part-time gig—at least you'll have your dignity and some financial security. Here? You'll burn out with zero return on investment. 6) “A Black Hole for Talent – No Growth, No Future” Once you enter, your skills, ambition, and self-respect vanish. Promotions are based on favoritism, not merit. Opportunities are blocked unless you suck up to the right people. If you’re someone with potential, don’t throw it away here. 7)“Freshers, Beware – This Place Will Kill Your Spark” If you're just starting out or coming in with genuine knowledge and passion—run the other way. This place will dull your edge, crush your confidence, and train you to stop thinking critically. It’s a career graveyard. 8) “The Audacity Is Mind-Blowing – Lies, Control, and Fake Smiles” What’s worse than bad culture? Pretending it's great. Fake smiles, forced happiness, and a culture of silence. Say anything real and you’re the enemy. They preach transparency but punish honesty. 9) “An Empty Shell of a Company – Just Good Branding, Nothing Inside” Looks decent on the outside? That’s the trap. Behind the logo lies micromanagement, poor systems, and zero innovation. It’s all just fluff to cover up how broken and outdated everything actually is. 10) “Emotionally and Mentally Draining – You’ll Leave as a Shell of Yourself” You’ll feel overworked, underappreciated, and mentally exhausted every day. Toxic feedback, constant pressure, and fake hierarchies will drain you. You’ll leave wondering what happened to your confidence, skills, and peace of mind. 11) “This Place Pushes You Toward Burnout and Depression” Working here doesn’t just hurt your career—it starts eating away at your mental health. The constant stress, unrealistic expectations, and total lack of empathy from management can slowly drag you into burnout and depression. You’ll find yourself questioning your worth, your skills, and even your motivation to wake up and work. No job is worth your sanity. 12) “Great People, But Leadership Clips Your Wings” You’ll meet some amazing teammates and even supportive direct managers—but don’t let that fool you. The upper management and certain folks in HR operate like control freaks. They micromanage decisions, shut down new ideas, and make sure your voice stays unheard. It’s a place where your creativity and autonomy are slowly stripped away. You’re not hired to thrive—you’re hired to obey.
