      People in my office were friendly and helpful. Free food and drinks Good learning environment Stepping stone to another job

      Cons

      Politics working with other teams. Nobody wants to cooperate and no clear direction from above, leading to a lot of wasted time and confusion. Company cares more about looking good than actually being good. For example, HR telling employees to write good reviews and like things on social media to be a more attractive company. Benefits and pay are below average. False promises for compensation increase. Basically an outsource staffing company.

      You are good if you know the CEO. He decides everything.

      Cons

      Opportunistic hire and fire. Weak standards. Most employees are on visas who are stuck. Be careful if you are a Citizen or Green Card holder. The company is not giving last year's bonus on the pretext of Covid
