The management is not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making it a pleasure to be part of such a positive workplace. Highly recommend this company for its outstanding culture

      While Incedo has many strengths, like any workplace, it's not without a few challenges. Some areas for improvement include such as communication processes, work-life balance. However, these are opportunities for growth, and overall, it remains a rewarding place to work

      Good company But HR destroyed the employee freedom

      Pros

      Good exposure in technologies. Steep learning curve and multiple exploring opportunities. Decent Packages and allowances. Good colleagues and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Bad HR dept. Not taking employee opinions into considerations. Hard times in company with Multiple layoff from projects due to lack of funding, Replaced senior staff with interns. Increased workload and extended work hours and additional responsibilities of freshers to groom and push them into project. Work takes priority than learning recently and employee becomes victim of war between multiple 3rd party companies where each of them try increase their footprint into project for increased funding.
