      Pros

      Time off policy is great.

      Cons

      They stopped contributing to 401K. Many changes and growing rapidly. Upper Management doesn't have a clue how to work the daily processes and they continue to make unnecessary changes.

      Pros

      Working from home is great perk. Company provided a wonderful monthly expense stipend for office supplies and internet fee.

      Cons

      Constant changes within the company. Constant growth and new customers but nowhere near enough staff to help with growing and expanding need for our services. With this also comes not enough support at all hours from leadership.
