Thank you for sharing your perspective. We take both your pros and cons seriously; your professional candor is very appreciated. We encourage you to speak with your manager or Talent Partner to discuss specific feedback/constraints (workload, workflow, and/or better planning) - we realize that as we scale there are pain points here. Thanks for being part of the team.

Pros

Work remotely Good company culture

Cons

We get paid less if we prescribe too many antibiotics. This makes patients unhappy because most of them are calling because they want antibiotics. We get paid less if there is a low patient volume. No room for growth

In order to deliver on our mission of raising the standard of healthcare, we want to ensure that our clinicians always provide high quality, evidence-based care. Our antibiotic stewardship program was developed to ensure that our providers are mindful of prescribing antibiotics due to the known public health risk associated with over-prescribing of antibiotics. The program supports providers in prescribing antibiotics when they are clinically indicated, while making sure we deliver care that meets our patients’ needs. We know that our average patient satisfaction rating is 4.9 out of 5 stars, which leads us to feel confident that we are delivering both high quality and high satisfaction care.
