Pros

Interesting work; very smart, emotionally intelligent, and kind colleagues; great benefits (free access to all Included Health services, 401k 4% match, dental and health insurance options are slightly above average, unlimited PTO, WFH internet reimbursement); support for professional development and personal growth.

Cons

Sales/customer-driven work can leave teams scrambling to meet tough deadlines and lead to tech debt. Merger between Doctor on Demand and Grand Rounds seems to be going well, but it's a long and not-painless road at times. Work/life balance can sometimes get out of whack for a few weeks or couple of months at a time.
