Pros

*You can work remotely.. that's about it

Cons

*When I was hired, I was promised a supervisor to utilize for emergencies, but otherwise I would be working independently. Great. As the company has changed over the past several months, I have since been micromanaged by supervisors who never quite set their expectations. *Pay is very low per session in comparison to other companies *The system used it very glitchy, both on the provider and patient end

While we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the remote work environment, we're disappointed to hear that your time here was not what you expected. Your experience sounds frustrating and isn't one we want a team member to ever have. We'll make sure this is shared with our leadership team. Thank you for sharing your feedback and all you did to help us raise the standard of healthcare for everyone.

Once a Mission-Driven Company, Now Struggling Under New Leadership

Pros

Strong mission to improve access to healthcare — something I truly believed in. Excellent compensation and benefits, including free access to company services. Flexible work schedule and remote work options make it easier to balance personal and professional life. Talented, compassionate colleagues who genuinely care about helping others.

Cons

Recent management changes have created a toxic work environment. Upper leadership’s motives feel questionable, and the focus has shifted away from employee well-being. Many long-term, dedicated employees from the Doctor On Demand and Grand Rounds days are being pushed out or leaving due to burnout. What’s being done at the expense of employees’ mental health is truly heartbreaking.

It’s great to hear that our mission, benefits, and incredible team members stood out during your time. We would not be who we are today without our long term team members, and we remain committed to our mission to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone while promoting the well-being of our people. We take your concerns seriously and will share it with leadership. Thank you for all you contributed as part of the team.
