      Pros

      Committed to growth and teamwork, Passion and caring for our members, growing and involved company. Good training and some people have paths to management quickly. Great benefits

      Cons

      San Fransisco based so a little too much CA woke-ness. If you are good with that, you'll be fine. Some jobs are dead end with no promotion potential, some you just need to last long enough and be good at your job and you'll get promoted. Pay is not keeping up with the demand and level of work performed and people are leaving. Growing fast, encountering new problems before old ones are fixed. High management turnover makes consistency in supervision an issue. Current COVID policy. Mandatory vaccine to be in office or groups.

      Pros

      You get to do interesting work every day, with a team of people dedicated to making healthcare better! We have a growth-oriented culture that brings out the best in people. With the recent mergers with Doctor On Demand and Included Health we are nicely positioned to make a real difference in the market.

      Cons

      Only marginally a "con", but while we are a fairly big company in any number of metrics, we're still a startup. As such, there are a lot of things that we have not figured out yet and part of the work is working through that uncertainty and making good choices as we go. A lot of fun, but not always for everyone.
