      Mission to improve healthcare quality and access - meeting members where they are (getting healthcare from their employers) and helping them get where they want to be (able to get the highest quality care conveniently and affordably) Workplace is friendly, supportive, and flexible; Management is respectful of the need for time off and flexibility, especially in the post-COVID world

      Operates in the real world of US healthcare - doing our best to transform it, but it is a system with a lot of inertia

      Pros

      Grand Rounds has a lofty mission, to "Raise the standard of healthcare for everyone, everywhere." I feel like we are on the correct path to do it. It is great to work with leaders who ambitiously and courageously pursue that goal. The rewards, benefits, and time off show that the company values the health and welfare of the employees.

      No cons. It has been a fabulous place to work.
