      Pros

      When you work here you as part of a team and they are all willing to help you, The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. If you need help they are willing to help you without making you feel inadequate for not knowing something. There is always room for advancement. Overall the best place I have ever worked.

      Cons

      It is a very fast paced and can be stressful at times. It is a job that no matter how much training you get you have to learn as you go.
