      It's the best job I've ever had. Truly a pleasure to work for a company that treats you like a human and not a badge number.

      Cons

      Fast pace, ever-changing environment. As with any company that is growing exponentially, there are changes and they come quick. You have to be flexible and keep an open mind

      Job seekers and companies, beware!

      Pros

      Good initial wage. Great benefits. Free snacks.

      Cons

      Serious issues with promoting people just to let them go shortly thereafter. The company is taking on more and more services and just let go so many of their employees on the care team and the employees who are left won’t be able to handle the workload that’s ahead of them. Poor planning. The “culture” doesn’t live up to the hype when management isn’t hired with the right qualifications and there’s no room for growth.

      True meaningful job!

      Pros

      You have great team members. I have experience team leaders that really help and care about growth in this family(Company). The support is always there and you feel good coming to work everyday. You also really make and establish good relations with your coworkers. Which without a doubt helps you love what you do and be a part of the grand rounds mission.

      Cons

      I seriously don't have any cons, at least at this point with Grand Rounds.
