Worst experience ever

Pros

it used to be a good company

Cons

As a HR, I can tell you this is a terrible place to work. Leadership is disorganized, priorities constantly shift, and employees are overworked and undervalued. There's little room for growth, poor communication, and a toxic work environment. Think twice before joining

Thanks for your feedback. We're so sorry this was your experience. We take this seriously and will make sure to pass it along to leadership, as this isn't in line with the experience we ever want for someone on the team.

Pros

Benefits, Remote Work, Office Expense Reimbursement

Cons

There is no real training to assist members but yet this is suppose to be a "Member first" environment. Training consist of a few short videos that provide general basic information. Unable to really assist members with their claims questions because everytime you go to the system the claim data is unavailable. It is hard to find resources. Everything is a job aid that is already confusing to read. If you do not have thorough health insurance background do not apply for this position because you will literally be thrown out to the wolves and will have to ask questions and get assistance on literally every call/chat because you were not trained properly. Oh and lets not forget about the CONSTANT changes that are not communicated properly. To have agents help members with something as complex as their health insurance and not even adequately train them is ridiculous. So expect your job to be difficult and stressful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - we hear your concerns around training and change management. It's a current priority for us to continue to invest in training and process improvement across the business. Although this does often go hand in hand with change, we are committed to approaching it thoughtfully and to supporting employees through these moments as we grow our business.

Great Mission, Lots of Upheaval

Pros

The mission of the company is noble and they seek to make healthcare in America easier to navigate. There are many friendly and collaborative folks who care about their teammates.

Cons

Product and Operations were not in sync, and not supporting one another. Often times tools didn't work as they should, or changes were made without seeking enough feedback. Many leaders left in 2022, and there has been a lot of restructuring, which gets messy.
