      Burn out. Unrealistic expectations..terrible leadership

      Remote work and overall coworkers are chill

      Cons

      Horrible leadership Engineering was pushing people out with PIPs. Job ladders are unrealistic. If you get a target on you then it's hard to get off. Leadership definitely favors some people over others and it shows. Constant push for newest project with no time for testing. They stopped 401k matching years ago and still didn't mention any intention of resuming.

      Competitive Pay Internal Promotions are Likely (if you work very hard) Pay Raises

      Cons

      Constant change creates chaotic environment where no one can keep up Leadership out of touch with frontline staff needs, leading to poor decisions time and time again Poor work-life balance, especially for a remote job. It seems like most people have to work extra hours often unpaid to keep up with workload demands.
