Pros

Strong individual contributor workforce; good benefits.

Cons

Incompetent and protected leadership with HR on their side. No career growth. Low pay. AI is replacing human jobs. HR plays a good game, but is not your friend.

Pros

Remote work and not much else

Cons

Working here truly made me question my sanity regularly because of constant gaslighting by clinician liaisons and management. They over promise and constantly under deliver yet micromanage employees with wildly unrealistic expectations given the mediocre support and tools we are given to do our jobs. If you try to speak up towards making positive changes you are ignored or silenced. Everything they advertise down to the salary listed on indeed for my position is a lie. They are claiming a compensation that would only be possible if your schedule was 100% full every day, you worked hours beyond those contracted and never took a day off. They purposely make compensation opaque so that you never know that they are chronically underpaying clinicians. My check was frequently and regularly wrong and getting it corrected was a Sisyphean task. The behavioral health leadership team appear to use chat gpt for all of their communications and constantly are incoherent, contradictory and demeaning to the behavioral health clinicians despite none of them having clinical experience themselves. They will promote you to see dangerous volume of patients and that is the only way to make an above mediocre salary here causing burnout. I am still recovering from the severe burnout working here caused me.
