      Even in hyper-growth, the company hires for open-mindedness, collaborative spirit, and intellectual curiosity. As a result, teams are truly greater than the sum of their parts.

      Cons

      Like all fast growing companies, our processes don't always keep up with our scale.

      Awesome Place to Work on Interesting Projects

      - Data science is fairly full stack, so you get to work on a good mix of analytics, modeling, and production code - DS is treated as a core part of the company product, work clearly contributes to company bottom line - The team is awesome and really friendly - Good working relationship with Product Org - Great focus from management on ensuring your career growth

      Cons

      - DS isn't treated as part of engineering, so sometimes communication about cross functional projects happens slower than it should - Mostly working with claims data, can be very messy and very limiting - Company benefits are relatively average for the Bay Area
