Pros

The people are great. Remote work

Cons

Pay won't keep up with inflation but they keep expanding making you eseentially work for less. they say they promote internal growth and progress but despite the highest performance reviews and experience to match no movement internal has been seen by me and several others despite EXCESSIVE trying.

Pros

Benefits were good Salary was decent

Cons

Even though unlimited PTO was offered, work loads rarely allowed for taking time off. The leadership team was extremely toxic in late 2019/early 2020 with little support, much gossip/bad mouthing. My direct supervisor in the end was jealous of my knowledge, would belittle my achievements and take credit for my work or undo my work.

Pros

Some talented co-workers who actually want to improve healthcare.

Cons

Leadership is more interested in their own promotions than doing what’s right. If you don’t actually care about inclusion and improving healthcare but you want to make it look like you do so you can make a buck.. this is the place for you.
