      Pros

      Work from home, decent benefits, good work/life balance. My team was made up of really great people who were mission-driven and kind.

      Cons

      Toxic positivity from the CEO down. The internal structure of the company is absolute chaos disguised as “start up culture”- crazy for a company that has been around for 10 years. Constant push to quantify your work and prove your value, creating an undercurrent of fear. There is too much focus on driving sales and keeping clients happy rather than doing what is best for the members.

      I've grown a lot here. Implemented some interesting projects. The company appears to be doing well

      Cons

      There seems to be a high rate of burnout. Folks who have been with the company for a long time have left. Almost none of the folks I started with are still around, and it's only been a few years
