Inexperience at the director level further compounds this ambiguity. 4. The company's decision to remain understaffed and the continuous task ambiguity has resulted in severe employee burnout.Taking leaves for mental health reasons has distressingly become the norm. 5.Significant funds are spent on travel for in-person team meetings. While intended to foster unity, these meetings often fall short and are poorly organized, failing to provide essential takeaways. These funds could be better allocated to hire more staff.
