Pros

IBC is a great company that is committed to ensuring their employees have opportunities for advancement. There are a number of resources available to people that are motivated enough to take advantage of them. Work life balance really exists, it isn't just something that company touts to get people in the door. IBC is also committed to keeping their employees healthy by offering a free on-site gym, various healthy lifestyle programs in addition to health insurance and PTO for certain medical appointments or procedures. IBC also gives back to the community and offers all employees opportunities to take part in volunteer activities. I love working for a company that does so much to give back to our community.

Cons

As with any large company, at times it can feel like it takes a while to cut through the red tape and make things happen. Some areas of the organization feel like they have less autonomy and flexibility than others.
