Pros

The work life balance is great. It looks great on your resume...

Cons

The worst part about working in the Billing Call Center is a joke. The supervisors if that's what you want to call them are very shady. If your not apart of the clique you are better off preparing yourself to being fired. They tell you they want you to grow within the company but that's so far from the truth. You have to know someone that knows someone to get anywhere here. For this to be an insurance company the benefits are horrible. I know things are not free but where's the discount as an employee???

Pros

Flexible working environment. Community conscious organization.

Cons

The organization has been in a constant state of change since Healthcare reform. This makes it difficult to advance.
