Flexibility depending on Manager/Supervisor, great location (19th & Market)

Cons

Tons of changes, My manager seemed to think her team were all her friends and couldn't seem to separate business and personal, Tons of roadblocks from within own management team

Pros

Non profit insurance company that cares about the people who work for them. Good hours, ability to work remotely from home. Great manager.

Cons

Not all of the managers are wonderful depending on what department you work in. The company is more concerned about their bottom line right now than changing what needs to be (and easily could be) changed. Non clinical staff do not receive good training.
