Pros

There is no pros. Quality Assurance are not on the same pg. You can score 95-100% one month with a QA and the next month you are scoring in the 80’s. They need to train them to be consistent across the board with scoring. Each QA score on how they want you to handle those calls. It too much they need to be fixed.

Cons

Requested time off is blocked around a certain times of the year. You request for rebuttal on certain QA scores and the supervisors sweep it under the rug. They block holiday that you were told you will have off so you are working getting free money because members are enjoying those holidays as CSR should be.

Pros

-Laid back atmosphere and positive environment. -Managers stay out of your way for the most part. -Good support system and plenty of help with difficult cases. -Work from home one day a week. -Easy commute...within walking distance of regional rail, subways, and trolleys. -37.5 hour work week...enables you to finish your day by 3 PM if you choose. -Plenty of good spots to eat in the area. -Promotion opportunities posted internally.

Cons

-Upper management can be out of touch at times. -Top performers are sometimes not as recognized as they should be. -Communication between departments can become tedious and circular on occasion.

Pros

Decent onsite cafeteria, plus directly across the street from a Wawa. Center City location along the SEPTA trolley line. Outstanding onsite fitness center with locker room.

Cons

Management appears to be focused more on their own promotions than they are at actually managing the tasks at hand. SUPER high turnover due to low moral, and often unrealistic expectations.
