      Pros

      Dynamic, professional environment. Managers knew how to lead and coordinate with one another across different groups and business areas to accomplish tasks and goals.

      Cons

      IT department broken down and laid off due to outsourcing and migration of applications processing outside of company

      The main building at 1901 Market has a gym and good cafeteria redesign...(the best 2 things the company has done since G. Fred DiBona passed away)

      Cons

      Too many contractors (Temps or contracted workers), lack of experienced and knowledgeable management, poor HR department (buddies up with management, not balanced), some areas of the company is lacking in quality employees with knowledge, missing accountability across the company, pass the buck mentality is rampant and some departments hire too many of their friends and not knowledge/experience.

      Many caring employees who want to do right by the company and our customers. Leadership team that is steering the organization into exciting new areas. Local presence and commitment that is incredible.

      Cons

      Health care industry is going through a period of tremendous change. This makes it exciting, but also requires employees to be flexible and willing to always learn new things. For those not accustomed to this, it can be challenging.
