Pros

Lots of great perks like the gym. Cafeteria very good. Very community oriented and many opportunities to volunteer. Job was very well defined. Good processes in my department.

Cons

Long-time employees unwilling to change. Women very catty. Layoffs. The back-end system outsourced to Highmark was a complete disaster and took years to get corrected costing IBC a ton of money. Too many unproductive meetings.

Pros

Good projects, great people to work with, flex start time

Cons

too many upper management changes; every new director or vice president changed things to leave their mark ignoring the affect on associates
