Pros

As long as there's no fires you can get in and get out day after day. A great organization to plant your roots if you're not ambitious.

Cons

Getting somewhere in this company is all about who you know. If you do quality work or create innovative solutions you'll likely not get recognized for it. Upper and middle management know what they know. If it's new it's unlikely. Also, when ever there's a problem there's one solution given; do the exact same thing as before but harder and louder.

Pros

After graduating college in the worst economy possible I thought I would never land a job with decent pay that wouldn't make me hate my life at the end of the day. Lucky for me I was wrong. After 4 months I can safely say this place is great. People from all ages and all backgrounds are working in tight teams to get stuff done. There is always incentive to work and your good work will get recognized right away. The compensation was fair and they give a pretty decent amount of paid vacation days. You can even buy extra if you want, which you will be refunded if you don't use. The hours you come in and leave are flexible and even times where its ok to work from home. The management is helpful, driven, and encouraging. The gym is nice and the best part is its free. This company really embarrasses healthy living and if thats your lifestyle they strongly encourage it. If you get a chance, join the blue streaks and do the stairs on Wednesday. All in all I love where I work and its obvious people work here for a long time for a reason. For those hesitant about it because it's insurance, once you get inside you will see its not the boogeyman people believe. The environment here is really trying to do what is best for our clients.

Cons

Cafeteria is ok and is really slow in the morning. Some floors are being renovated so you might get unlucky with construction noise.
