Tons of changes, My manager seemed to think her team were all her friends and couldn't seem to separate business and personal, Tons of roadblocks from within own management team

Pros

They are a lot of good aspects of working for IBC. You will get a lot of training for your job, the benifits are great and the company tried to be very diverse. They are many outreach teams that you can get involved in.

Cons

They are also some downsides of working for IBC. There are a lot of politics going on and a very high turnover rate. There is a lot of favoritism and backstabbing.
