Pros

I interned at Consumer and Mobile Portal. The department is filled with young and energetic people who are extremely friendly and open to everyone. Most of us are young developers that share a lot of common traits and interests. Hours weren't too restrictive for me.

Cons

It's kind of chaotic whenever there was a crunch time. Everyone just went kind of crazy and grumpy. It's understandable though.

Community respect, reputation, corporate connections. Located in the heart of the city! Competitive edge against the competition in the marketplace

Training could be better! I believe management should work more with associates to develop their talents and determine their individual career goals
