Many caring employees who want to do right by the company and our customers. Leadership team that is steering the organization into exciting new areas. Local presence and commitment that is incredible.

Cons

Health care industry is going through a period of tremendous change. This makes it exciting, but also requires employees to be flexible and willing to always learn new things. For those not accustomed to this, it can be challenging.
