Pros

Flexibility with time, Benefits, and Perks which is nice

Cons

Nepotism , Is not what you know is who you know management is TERRIBLE !!! Very unprofessional No room for growth and in order for you to get a raise well you would either have to be a butt kisser or a politician (no work all play) hard work is not rewarded, to many females so you already know it's a chicken coop it's terrible, very negative work environment

Pros

Great insurance benefits (life and health), gym in the main office is free and top notch, strong values and community involvement, plenty of job change opportunities.

Cons

Known for promoting poor leaders based on politics or firing excellent executives for sr executive mistakes, culture is undefined and leaves employees feeling like there is no community, salary is mediocre, lets talent pools leave for other companies
