Pros

There is a great deal of stability at IBC, which can certainly be considered a good thing. Ultimately, regardless of the economy, people still need health care.

Cons

Due to the aforementioned job stability, there are entirely too many people in upper management who have worked at IBC for 10, 15, 20+ years and have become dinosaurs as a result. As the industry and technology has changed vastly over the years, upper management simply hasn't kept up. Either because they're incapable of changing, or unwilling.
