It's conveniently located in city of accessible by public transportation, medical coverage, free gym membership, 401k and 5 sick days.

Cons

Management do not have a clue they micro manage and do not know how to speak in a professional manner.

Pros

Good company, policies, PTO. Great company overall, but the call center is cancerous & unorganized. Great location. Lots of good co-workers.

Cons

No one wants to do THEIR job. CSRs get worked relentlessly. Way too much call volume, no time between calls.
