Pros

I had the pleasure of working with co-workers who did their job effectively, efficiently and with a smile.

Cons

Major reorganizations every six months. IBC had no contingency plan in place for when the Highmark deal fell through. The Operations department continued to hire directors/managers with no health insurance experience. Some directors/managers were gossipy and vindictive.
