Pros

The trainers are kind, and want you to understand the material. They will take time to make sure you are absorbing the information.

Cons

- Leadership has control issues, petty, passive aggressive, and will attempt to undermine your intelligence - Metrics are almost unattainable - Your adherence is hard to maintain because you if you go on your lunch or break late due to a call, it is still counted against you. - The actual everyday process is sloppy, and there is not enough help, even the teamleads are constantly on the phones. - You are doing 7 jobs in 1, and call back are very hard to do. Leadership is looking for someone to plan instead of addressing the root problem - The only want to do good within this department is to mentally drain yourself and this department is not worth your energy

Pros

Good benefits and decent salary. Some good programs for development and networking. Many nice people.

Cons

Poor leadership and financial troubles over the last few years have led to serious issues, including layoffs of key positions. The focus seems to be on investing everything in tech upgrades and AI, rather than human experience and skills There is a tolerance of bullying and blacklisting of people, including by individuals in HR. The actions of the company and senior leaders are often not aligned with their stated values or their PR strategy.

Pros

Benefits and Perks. Blue Crew. Pay is decent for the role. Work/Life balance is tolerable, as they do try to work with you.

Cons

Micromanaging supervisors. Help is slow or non existent. Atmosphere is ‘professional’ and somewhat intolerant. All the responsibility is on the phone associates, with precious little help from supervisors and above. Invisible supervisors.
