      Great culture but few opportunities for promotion

      There is a great work environment both in and out of the office, great colleagues with invaluable industry knowledge, nice amenities, consistent ongoing trainings to learn and develop

      Cons

      There seems to be pay disparities within sales. Experience does not indicate a higher salary. An expectation to be available around the clock without being adequately compensated.

      Looks good on resume, repetiable company to work for. Diverse workforce, average benefits. Options for growth for professionals for medical and legal staff.

      Cons

      Stressful, stressed no work-life balance. Minimal growth for entry level employees, insentive to the needs of their employees. I would not recommend this company as a long term employer it will hurt your mental and physical health.

      It’s a good place as far as benefits and to start out

      Cons

      In the customer service area, it’s absolutely horrible. There’s no work life balance. You’re required to do mandatory overtime almost everyday. It’s tiring and draining and it’s no real incentive to come to work besides a pay check. There’s no fun company culture or anything. They really just want to see you on the phone and that’s absolutely it. They don’t have any good practices for you to get out of customer service. Once you’re in, you’re stuck for a long time.
