      Pros

      PTO, benefits, great coworkers, work environment is very flexible as far as timings go, can move up in company or job title quicker if you are willing to work hard and show initiative of excelling. I've noticed people get hired easily through a friend/family referral within the company or to move up positions, so be prepared to impress your hiring manager as to why you would like to be a part of Ibx.

      First job out of college.

      Cons

      Leadership was a mess and did not have the mentality of growth. We operated under the mentality of maintenance, which is where companies and teams go to die. Essentially reskinned, presenting the same data different ways for a whole year.
