Pros

If you have the right boss/work in the right area, its great. Otherwise, be prepared to be stuck with corporate views/technology from 20+ years ago.

Cons

Flexible working schedules are limited, doesn't embrace virtual technology even though the workforce is spread out, little inter-departmental communication and lots of bureaucracy/red tape. Career opportunities can dwindle as you move further up the corporate ladder.

Not hard work overall, a nice job for college students as far as the past goes

Cons

Long hours on the phone, dealing with irate customers. Sometimes upper level management never fixed ongoing complaints with the customers.
