Pros

The gym is a nice perk and bonus program (used to be) before Obamacare and all system transformation to highmark platform. Basically merging with company that state denied years ago. Slick IBC

Cons

The work life balance is laughable. Always expected to work or check email at night and weekends without any recognition. Mass layoffs of great employees. Employees who know someone always safe no matter how terrible their performance. Pay scale very low conpared to other companies. The CEO will receive a 40% bonus while other employees receive 3%. How does that make sense?
